A week ago, I met these lovebirds on the bridge in Albany's Washington Park for a sunrise engagement photoshoot. We walked towards each other from opposite sides of the pond. From a distance, I could see their love and connection. They were holding hands and D was throwing her head back in laughter. These two have been together for over 10 years and had planned to get married this past April on their 10-year anniversary. COVID threw a wrench in their plans and they rescheduled their wedding for next year. However, they had never had engagement pictures done, so this was an excellent way to celebrate their love and partnership with each other while they wait to celebrate with family and friends in the future.
It was such happiness to spend the morning with these two. J and D, thanks for letting me third wheel on your morning date in the park!
And a few beautiful black and white shots from the photoshoot. That flare just illustrates the magic between these two people.
