A Lake George elopement at the Lodges at Cresthaven and Boathouse Restaurant in Bolton Landing, NY.
Kat and Tyler lead very busy lives. Between Kat finishing up med school at Albany Medical Center, Tyler finishing up his studies while working full-time, and both of them preparing for an upcoming move, it was A LOT. So, when it came to getting married, they focused on what actually mattered to them.
When Kat and Tyler first reached out to me, the word that they kept using to describe the wedding experience of their dreams was "romantic". Their initial plan included eloping at Albany City Hall with just their parents in attendance. Kat's parent's had eloped at City Hall, so it would be a great tradition to continue!
However, between graduation ceremonies and limited availability for scheduling their City Hall elopement, they eventually chose to move their elopement to Lake George so that they could celebrate on a weekend and include a small group of friends and family! And, the day after their wedding they finished up packing and moved several states away to begin the next chapter of their life together.
When I look back on Kat and Tyler's small wedding in Lake George, it was absolutely perfect and utterly romantic. From their first look on the dock outside their reception restaurant to stolen kisses while celebrating, these two were full of romance- and laughter!
That hanger? It says 'Dr. Mrs.' because Kat graduated from Med School the day before her wedding!

Tyler definitely was full of laughs while waiting for his bride to arrive!
And because Kat didn't have enough on her plate, she also made her bouquet (along with all of the other decorations!) This DIY bride is something else!

It started drizzling a bit, so this is when we headed inside!
19 of their closest friends and family joined Kat and Tyler for their small wedding in Lake George.
Throughout the ceremony, these two couldn't keep their hands off of each other. It was so incredibly sweet.
